Refund policy
All sales are FINAL due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
This applies to all hair products and clothing items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only issued if:

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Please include:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn (for clothing)
- Uninstalled (for hair)
- In original packaging
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (for clothing)
- Incorrect address provided
- Shipping delays or customs issues
- Items that have been used, worn, altered, or installed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
